Founded in June 2017 by Matthew Isted, Isted Consulting provides significant financial markets experience to institutions facing change in an ever evolving market.
Isted Consulting has extensive experience in business architecture, regulatory solution design and implementation, business analysis, project management, post-merger integration and process engineering/redesign.
Prior to building his experience within change management, Matthew spent over 10 years within the business itself and has the insight to understand change from the business perspective and use this to both inform his approach to the project but also understand the practical impact of the change.
